- Deploy, test, and audit the smart-contract stack on BSC.
- Execute the USD 350k Phase-1 raise under a compliant framework.
Phase 2 – Operations & Distribution (Jul – Dec 2026)
- Stabilise production and launch time-weighted payout cycles.
- Release dashboards, audited statements, and initial liquidity channels.
- Gather operating data to validate the next expansion round.
Phase 3 – Modular Scaling (2027 – 2028)
- Commission the 2nd to 4th MW with floating-price tranches.
- Use operating cash to co-fund CAPEX, reducing dilution.
- Upgrade O&M, monitoring, and cybersecurity infrastructure.
Phase 4 – Maturity & Innovation (2029 onward)
- Add storage solutions and ancillary-service revenue streams.
- Enter carbon-credit marketplaces and publish comprehensive ESG reports.
- Replicate the ARASHSP model for wind/hybrid assets.
