This whitepaper presents the ARASHSP solar project—a blueprint for pairing real-world power assets with transparent on-chain financing.

Offering Framework​

  • Phase 1 (live): 350,000 tokens at $1 to finalize the first MW
  • Expansion phases (3 × ~550,000 tokens): Market-based pricing driven by supply/demand, green energy tariffs, and plant performance
  • Ramp-up period: Up to five months after Phase 1 closes to reach steady-state generation
  • Profit distribution: Begins in Month 6 post-close, pro rata with time-weighted holdings
