This whitepaper presents the ARASHSP solar project—a blueprint for pairing real-world power assets with transparent on-chain financing.

Snapshot

  • Underlying asset: 1 MW solar farm in Semnan Province (operational), expandable to 4 MW
  • Offering goal: Complete commissioning of the existing 1 MW plant and finance three additional MW of capacity
  • Token: ARASHSP (BEP-20 with snapshot capability)
  • Maximum supply: 2,000,000 tokens
  • Phase-1 issuance: 350,000 tokens at a fixed $1 launch price

  • Capital payback: Achieved by the end of operating Year 3

Capacity Growth At a Glance

Investment Highlights

  • Real asset backing: Each token corresponds to productive solar capacity.
  • Transparent cash flows: Time-weighted snapshot distributions on a monthly/quarterly cadence.
  • Global accessibility: Minimum commitment of $1; payouts in USDT (with tomans settlement optional).
  • ESG alignment: Direct CO₂ reduction and support for Iran’s renewable build-out.

Offering Framework

  • Phase 1 (live): 350,000 tokens at $1 to finalize the first MW
  • Expansion phases (3 × ~550,000 tokens): Market-based pricing driven by supply/demand, green energy tariffs, and plant performance
  • Ramp-up period: Up to five months after Phase 1 closes to reach steady-state generation
  • Profit distribution: Begins in Month 6 post-close, pro rata with time-weighted holdings
